Itinerary
Begin your journey from Delhi overnight journey to Haridwar. Take a hault for breakfast, fresh n up. After breakfast, proceed to Barkot via Mussoorie. Overnight stay in Barkot.
Start early to reach Janki Chatti, the base for the Yamunotri trek. Begin your trek (or hire a pony/palanquin) to the sacred Yamunotri Temple. After darshan, return to Barkot for an overnight stay.
Travel to Uttarkashi, known for the Vishwanath Temple. Explore the local area and enjoy a peaceful evening by the Bhagirathi river.
Depart early for Gangotri, offering prayers at the Gangotri Temple, known as the origin of the River Ganga. Return to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay.
Drive to Sonprayag, Reach Sonprayag by evening. Overnight stay in sonprayag.
Travel to Gaurikund and begin your trek to Kedarnath. Alternatively, you can opt for a helicopter ride. Visit the Kedarnath Temple and stay overnight in Kedarnath.
Trek back to Gaurikund . Overnight stay in sonprayag.
drive to Chopta, known as the "Mini Switzerland of India." Visit tungnath temple which is world’s highest shiva temple (4 km trek). Enjoy the serene landscapes and overnight stay in Chopta. ( Swiss camps with attached washrooms)
After breakfast, proceed to Badrinath, Upon arrival, check in and visit the Badrinath Temple for evening darshan.
